You are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. f200m reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. f200m will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You should enable two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available free of charge on all f200m accounts, as an additional security measure.
Before f200m processes any withdrawal from your Account, you will be required to complete the KYC identity verification process. This requires submission of a government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or equivalent), proof of address, and, where applicable, documentation confirming the source of funds deposited. f200m may request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal requests being held pending completion.

f200m offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and seasonal offers (for example, promotions aligned with Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In cases of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these General Bonus Terms.
Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, Bonus Funds and winnings derived from them are not available for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms; unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of that period.

Upon suspension, pending wagers will be settled according to their normal outcomes. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon account suspension for breach of Terms.
You may request closure of your f200m Account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any pending KYC verification must be completed to enable withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance. f200m will process a closing withdrawal within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.
